It seems an almost annual activity for me to get around to either updating or rebuilding my own personal web-page.  Every time I get around to it is not so much about personal ego – but more around the practicalities of sharing a particular piece of information or having some simple way of sharing a file or piece of information with someone without having to worry excessively about Dropbox’es or Cloud-drives.

So here we are again.  This is probably the fourth full incarnation of my website, going from an effort in Frontpage, Serif Webplus, Joomla and now, hopefully finally, using WordPress which I find to be much more flexible now than I ever thought.

There’ll be occasional new bits and bobs here – so don’t go away too long!
